VAN focuses her practice on registration of business operation in medicines and medicines materials as well as litigation issues relating to patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law.

She has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including medical devices, printing and imaging devices, mining, steel, software, and communications and media. In addition to litigation, VAN works extensively in the areas of technology and software licensing, intellectual property due diligence, counseling and transactional work and patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and opinion work.
Experience
Before her membership of KENFOX, VAN participated in large-scale projects of a Danish organization and woked for the Drug Administration Department (the Ministry of Health).
