• Provided detailed pre-filing advice and managing an extensive international registration programme for a client’s new range of brands, including international filings under the Madrid Protocol and multiple national applications.
• Successfully defended a client in opposition proceedings brought against a number of its national and regional trademark applications.
• Oversaw an extensive international recordal programme following the intra-group transfer of a client’s global trade mark portfolio.
