Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dao

Nguyen Thi Dao has close to 15 years’ experience as a trademark practitioner and specialist with KENFOX. She manages substantial trademark portfolios for clients in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and China and works closely with a network of international contacts that the firm has developed.

Dao handles trademark matters in a variety of industries including the automotive, alcohol, tobacco, fashion and food and beverage industries. She has advised companies in relation to adoption and protection of their brands and also on the growth and sustainability of their trademarks. Dao’s practice areas include drafting trademark applications, trademark infringement opinions, trademark prosecution, oppositions and rectification petitions.
