APPOINTMENT CEREMONY OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY EXPERT AND STRATEGIC COOPERATION MEETING BETWEEN KENFOX AND THE GUANGXI COMMERCIAL MEDIATION ASSOCIATION

On June 3, 2026, KENFOX IP & Law Office welcomed a delegation from the Guangxi Commercial Mediation Association (GCMA) to its office in Hanoi for an official working visit. The visit marked a significant milestone in the relationship between the two organizations through the Appointment Ceremony of an Intellectual Property Expert and a Strategic Cooperation Meeting aimed at strengthening professional collaboration in the fields of intellectual property, commercial mediation, and cross-border dispute resolution.

Appointment of GCMA Intellectual Property Expert

During the meeting, GCMA presented an Appointment Letter and officially appointed Mr. Nguyễn Vũ Quân, Intellectual Property Attorney and Managing Director of KENFOX, as an Intellectual Property Expert of the Association for the 2026–2029 term.

The appointment recognizes Mr. Quân’s professional achievements, extensive practical experience, and contributions to the fields of intellectual property protection, dispute resolution, and legal advisory services for international enterprises.

Sharing Practical Experience in Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Rights Protection

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyễn Vũ Quân shared KENFOX’s experience in assisting Chinese enterprises operating in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar with intellectual property rights (IPR) protection, dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, and legal compliance matters.

KENFOX representatives emphasized that Vietnam has become an increasingly important destination for Chinese investment and that the demand for legal support in cross-border business activities continues to grow. In recent years, Mr. Nguyễn Vũ Quân has been invited to speak at numerous professional events in China on topics including commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property enforcement, and legal risk management for enterprises conducting business activities across Southeast Asia.

Promoting Cooperation in Commercial Mediation and Commercial Dispute Resolution
