Representing KENFOX, Mr. Nguyen Vu Quan, IP Attorney and Managing Director, shared the firm’s extensive experience in intellectual property prosecution, protection, and enforcement in Vietnam.

The discussion also featured remarks from Ms. Hoang Thi Tuyet Hong, Head of Trademark and Copyright Practice at KENFOX. Ms. Hong shared her experience participating in an international IP attorney training program in 2015, attended by representatives from Malaysia, Thailand, and several other countries in the region. The program was organized with the support of the Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Intellectual Property High Court of Japan, providing participants with valuable insights into regional intellectual property systems and best practices in IP protection and enforcement.

Mr. Hiroyoshi Teraoka expressed his strong appreciation for KENFOX’s professional expertise, practical experience, and deep understanding of Vietnam’s intellectual property landscape.
