Mr. Phuc is the Litigation Manager of the firm. He is an  experienced litigator who has extensive experience in almost all aspects of intellectual property law.

Much of Mr. Phuc’s intellectual property experience has involved patent, design and trademark licensing and litigation. In his practice, Mr. Phuc handles intellectual property, class actions and other complex litigation. He has handled a variety of matters throughout the world including trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, domain name and unfair competition. After many years of litigation, Mr. Phuc helped clients achieve a very favorable settlement which included the upholding of their intellectual assets. He has also litigated and tried pharmaceutical and biotechnology patent cases. Mr. Phuc has also tried a highly complex case involving a revolutionary biotechnology process that is used all over the world. In addition to his pharmaceutical and
biotech expertise, he has litigated patent, trade secret, trademark and copyright cases involving biology, pharmacy, mechanical engineering, electronics, software, medical devices, food science and chemical engineering.
