Do Thi Phan is an special counsel with KENFOX IP & Law Office, a licensed IP agent in Vietnam. She previously served as an IP expert for a state-owned firm for several years, where she oversaw patent prosecution applications, industrial designs, and trademark related issues. Phan has experience and expertise in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, involving complex intellectual property litigation and prosecution. She advises across the full breadth of IP rights including patents, designs, trademarks, copyright and rights in confidential information.
