Zoom meeting: KENFOX – IstekPatent Partnership Discussion

Today, 01 March 2024, KENFOX IP & Law Office has successfully arranged a Zoom meeting with a partner from Turkey. Participating the meeting is Ms. Sürücan BATMAZ of Istek Patent and Mr. Quan, IP Manager and Ms. Hong, a senior associate from KENFOX IP & Law Office in Vietnam. A 40-minute meeting via Zoom online platform is short, but very valuable for both parties to get to know about each other. Various questions on IP protection in Vietnam as well as Turkey are raised and we together shared about strong points of two firms, showing a keen interest in learning and sharing knowledge on safeguarding IP rights across borders.

KENFOX, represented by Mr. Quan and Ms. Hong, took pride in introducing the firm’s IP dispute handling and enforcement capabilities. Mr. Quan, with 20 years of IP field experience, highlighted his successful handling of complex IP disputes and infringements, encompassing trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, and patent rights. Concerning Turkey, Mr. Quan added that KENFOX has been providing trademark services for SANOVEL, a leading pharmaceutical brand in Turkey.

Ms. Sürücan BATMAZ and Mr. Quan agreed to continuously make efforts to set up a strategic collaboration between the two parties. KENFOX and IstekPatent will arrange an in-person meeting at the INTA Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, May 18-22, 2024, to strengthen this partnership.
