Nguyen Dac Dinh is a senior associate with KENFOX IP & Law Office, a licensed IP agent in Vietnam.

Dinh holds a degree in electrical engineering and advises clients on a range of patent issues in electrical, mechanical and technology sectors. He has experience in drafting and revising patent applications for Vietnam and foreign filing.

Dinh is also a skilled patent attorney whose practice centers on patent prosecution and strategic portfolio development, client counseling and opinion work. He has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, preparing validity, infringement and freedom-to-operate opinions, handling due diligence reviews in the context of intellectual property sales and acquisitions, assisting clients, including universities and startup companies, with the strategic development of their patent portfolio.
