Nguyen Thi Kim Anh is a patent executive with KENFOX IP & Law Office, a licensed IP agent in Vietnam. Her practice primarily involves the preparation, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, advice in relation to patent validity and enforcement, patent strategy, patent revocation actions, and patent infringement advice, predominantly in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, nanotechnology, renewable energy, materials science, and process engineering. ANH has considerable experience in patent revocation practice before the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (“IP Vietnam”).

ANH has considerable experience in patent practice in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. Prior to joining the firm, ANH worked for several years in the patent group of one of Vietnam’s major law firms. She speaks fluent English, in addition to his native Vietnamese.

• Advised and supported foreign clients on matters of Vietnamese patent law, such as priority rights, refusal/cancellation, appeal, patent searches, and procedures and costs for new applications and annuities.
