KENFOX IP & Law Office expands Patent Practice with a senior patent specialist

KENFOX IP & Law Office is delighted to announce today that Ms. Dao Thi Thuy Nga has joined the firm’s Patent & Industrial Design Department, which she will co-lead. She is based in Hanoi Head Office and is joined by a team of experienced patent and intellectual property professionals that supports clients nationwide.

Ms. Nga was a key senior patent specialist at INVESTIP, an intellectual property firm with a strong patent practice, where she spent six years. She and her team of IP and patent professionals have diverse backgrounds in biology, physics, engineering, technology, and computer science, which enables them to better assist clients in those sectors in acquiring, monetizing, and protecting patents and other intellectual property assets in Vietnam and numerous foreign countries.

She is a patent strategist who has provided pragmatic patent guidance that aligns with her clients’ particular business strategies and assisted a diverse spectrum of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 organizations, in securing, protecting, and optimizing the value of their intellectual property assets and innovations. Her representations encompass a variety of technological and engineering industries, including electromechanical, software, telecommunications, informatics, artificial intelligence, and sustainable energy technologies.
