1. Amendments to several regulations on enterprise registration  On August 23, 2018, the Government issued Decree No. 108/2018/ND-CP, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No.78/2015/ND-CP on enterprise registration. Accordingly, a series of regulations on enterprise registration is amended or supplemented, such as: (a) Amendment to the provisions on Authorization for carrying out enterprise registration procedures:              (i) Expression indicating the subject of authorisation is changed from the "founder of the enterprise or enterprise" into "the person having the authority to sign a written request for enterprise registration”;             (ii) Written authorization for individuals carrying out procedures for enterprise registration does not need...
